Refund policy.

One flat fee, one simple policy. This applies to the $199 one-time website fee from TradieSite, Melbourne, VIC (ABN: TBD — to be completed).

Before we start your build

Full refund, no questions asked. If you paid up front and change your mind before we've started work, email us and we'll refund the lot.

The preview flow

If we sent you free preview designs, you only pay once you choose one — so there's nothing to refund. Don't like any of the three? Walk away, you owe us nothing.

After you've picked a design

Your $199 includes one free revision — we'll adjust photos, text, or colours until the site says what you want it to say.

After handover

Once your chosen site is live (or its files have been handed over), the $199 is non-refundable. Your free revision still stands.

Hosting renewals

After your 12 free months, hosting is $10/mo or $99/yr. You can cancel before any renewal and take your files with you — we just don't refund the part of a billing period you've already used.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we delivered is faulty or not what we promised, those rights apply regardless of the rules above.
