Terms of service.

Who we are
TradieSite, Melbourne, VIC, Australia. ABN: TBD (to be completed). You can reach us any time at [email protected]. By asking us to build your site, or by paying for one, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We build three unique website designs for your trades business using your real business info, services, and photos. You pick the one you like. The price is a flat $199, one-time. It includes one free revision (photos, text, or colours) and 12 months of free hosting.
Free previews
If we send you preview designs first, there is no obligation and nothing to pay unless you decide to go ahead. If you buy up front instead, we start your build once payment clears.
Payment
$199 one-time, paid by card through our payment provider (Stripe). Your chosen site goes live after payment clears. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Hosting
Your first 12 months of hosting are free. After that it's $10/mo or $99/yr to keep hosting with us. You can cancel at any time and take your website files with you — no lock-in. If we ever discontinue our hosting service, we'll give you at least 60 days notice and hand over your files.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos, and text you supply or approve for your site. Where we gather publicly available information about your business to prepare a build, we use it only for that purpose — and you can correct anything we got wrong.
Ownership
Once you've paid, the website you chose is yours — content and files. The designs you didn't choose remain ours. Open-source tools and frameworks used in your site remain under their own licences.
Acceptable use
We won't build or host content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights, and we may decline or take down a site on those grounds (with a refund where our refund policy provides one).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Questions? Email [email protected].
